Satellite Beach Police Felony Criminal Misconduct & Cover-up By Chief Jeff Pearson, at least 3 SBPD officers, 18th Circuit asa susan Garrett & 4+ judges

QUESTION: WHY IS EXPOSING THIS CRIMINAL MISCONDUCT AND FELONY COVER-UP UNDER COLOR OF LAW BY SATELLITE BEACH'S CHIEF JEFF PEARSON AND HIS BRADY COPS ET AL CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT? (other than the plethora of evidence and testimony that shows these people in trusted positions conspired and committed felony obstructions to frame an actually innocent man to conceal criminal misconduct and unwarranted use of violence for their friends, and they were very coordinated and experienced at it)?  ANSWER: Satellite Beach Florida Chief Jeff Pearson and his negligent officers received political protection by the 18th Judicial Circuit SAO and judges from their actual crimes, because he was appointed to Governor Ron DeSantis' Criminal Justice Standards & Training Committee. This also enables Chief Jeff Pearson to create additional (fabrication and cover-up) practices to conceal LEO negligence and criminal misconduct under color of law for all LEOs and SAOs in the state of Florida, just as he and other trusted officials accomplished in this case in Brevard County, FL. Hundreds of thousands of Florida citizens and their families are affected.

All statements below are truthful fact.  All official court documents and additional evidence are available for FBI and/or DOJ review.


  • Put simply, the ignorant and bored Satellite Beach Police not only illegally and excitedly invaded my home and shot and arrested the innocent victim, but then they massively tried to lie about it on the police report narrative and to the WESH TV news, etc. because they erred so massively with procedure. They also egregiously perjured themselves (a national epidemic by the police brotherhood called "testilying" under oath) to cover up their extreme illegal negligence, Constitutional Rights violations, and unwarranted excessive use of force.


  • Falsified all charges in order to try and substantiate their illegal entry and unwarranted excessive use of violence/force.  Police around the country are getting caught, just like this, making up their own "exigent circumstances" in order to circumvent the 4th Amendment to the Constitution. There was no care in the World for them to find or report the truth in an actual investigation; this was damage control by dishonorable cops Don Triebell and Eric Anderson, trying to make an innocent man take the wrap for charges that didn't even happen, in order to cover up their 4th Amendment violation.


  • SBPD - Blatant massive lies, inconsistencies in their reports, lack of even completing an actual "investigation", failure to ever even question me, refusal of medical attention even after being shot, made a deal made with the actual assailant to lie for them if they cleaned up and hid her marijuana/paraphernalia. 


  • Collusion of the Brevard County Circuit judge Charles Roberts and my own attorneys (who turned out to actually be working directly for the Satellite Beach Police Department). Major constitutional rights violations and cover-up.


  • You can't get much more corrupt than the Satellite Beach Police Department. It's known throughout the Brevard County community to be one of the most corrupt around, known as "The Gauntlet" for 20+ years for a reason - because of police corruption and targeting.


  • Satellite Beach Information Officer Berrios further lied to the WESH TV reporter about the actual events (with falsified charges for things that never happened) to cover up their illegal negligence further. His story doesn't even match the police report, because they were all lying and didn't have their stories together.


  • They even first tried to concoct a false charge of kidnapping, when they absolutely knew my ex-girlfriend (of nearly 2 years) and I were coming home from date night, and her car was even in my drive-way, and they had already written in the police report her bag was in my home. Despicable lies.


  • The Satellite Beach keystone cops idiotically tasered and arrested the victim. 


  • ​You can't even imagine what it feels like to be the victim of documented abuse, then attacked again and thrown under the bus to take the blame for it, my home illegally invaded, then tasered and arrested for ridiculous charges that didn't even happen. My name honor and business destroyed. The police portray themselves to be trustworthy and honorable, and uphold the law; that's not anywhere close to the truth.  


  • Their only "witness" in the report was the person who actually committed a crime (as well as officers Don Triebell and Eric Anderson of course), and she was given a deal to lie for them, and walk away free.  She was running multiple secret lives / boyfriends so was able to do this.



  • Also, my ex-girlfriend was having an affair with County Commissioner Jim Barfield who is friends of the Judge (also a former County Commissioner), the State Attorney, the Brevard County Sheriff, and the Satellite Beach police chief Jeff Pearson. Jim Barfield also bribed my attorneys, who actually colluded with Judge Charles Roberts to illegally try and force a false malicious prosecution - see below.


  • Satellite Beach Police Don Triebell and Eric Anderson refused me medical attention, to intentionally hide my injuries (fractured nose, concussion, hit marks both sides of my face, etc.) from being documented in the official police report record. Documenting my injuries would have also meant my ex-girlfriend, who actually assaulted me, again (documented not the first time), would have had to have been arrested by procedure. She was given a deal to help conceal the truth, because she is also friends of local police and firefighters/EMTs.


  • Knucklehead Satellite Beach police didn't even complete an actual official investigation, because there was no need to at that point - they falsified the police report narrative and all the charges to try and justify their illegal entry and illegal use of force, what they officially call "exigent circumstances" to completely bypass your Constitutional rights against illegal entry, search and seizure. 


  • Police around the country have recently been creating their own "exigent circumstances", to completely skirt your constitutional rights. They then lie and report anything that they want on the police report as fact, and held completely unaccountable. Despicable dishonorable people.


  • To further try and cover up this negligence up (illegal obstruction of justice), they actually got Judge Charles Roberts and my own despicable attorneys to collude to maliciously prosecute me (to take liability off the police), taking away even more of my Constitutional Rights.  This is part of the court record.


  • I was further set up by the 18th Judicial Circuit, to cover up these massive rights violations by members of their "family".  It turns out my own paid attorneys stole my money and had no intention to ever help me, because they were actually working directly for the FL Fraternal Order of Police, a complete conflict of interest and actually against me. FLFOP is an organization that represents and protects police officers accused of wrongdoing and misconduct. Satellite Beach has had an existing ongoing contract with FLFOP for years.


  • My attorney Alan Diamond is the lead counsel for the entire FLOP organization, a much higher paying client than myself.


  • My attorney Alan Diamond is also known in the Brevard attorney community to be the next (illegally appointed?) State Attorney after Phil Archer. (They are colluding to make sure no other attorneys run against them.)  All law enforcement officers in Brevard County know Diamond, and actually say "he has a direct line to the State Attorney Phil Archer, all he has to do is make a call and things will disappear."  He was working in collusion with the State and his political allies, to cover all of this up.  


  • Phil Archer is also friends and political allies with Satellite Beach police chief Jeff Pearson. Archer ironically recently helped get Jeff Pearson on Governor Scott's Criminal Justice Standards Commission. The truth coming to light about Satellite Beach Police Department corruption and involvement in massive rights violations would have obviously been extremely detrimental to their political plan.


  • Satellite Beach Chief Jeff Pearson's wife Janet works in the 18th Judicial Circuit's state prosecutor's office.  They obviously were also helping to conceal these massive rights violations with a malicious prosecution to an innocent man, so that Janet's husband would not be held responsible, and hurt his political career.


  • Upon a public records request, other officials in the Brevard County Court Administration (Mark Van Bever in charge) illegally, and against the provisions of FL Statute 119 and Sunshine Laws, deleted 3 1/2 years of emails between Judges, their assistants, and my attorneys on this case, to further try and protect the illegal collusion and malicious prosecution started by the Satellite Beach Police Department, and additional malicious continued cover-up by the 18th Judicial Circuit family, to an innocent man.  Despicable.

Plain and simple, these two Brady Cops Don Triebell and Eric Anderson were negligent idiots.  Rather than following procedure in order to properly assess if there even was a situation, these bored knuckleheads created their own, and then massively lied about everything that happened afterwords to hide their massive constitutional rights violations to me.  How would you react if people were breaking in the back of your home at 1:45 am, the middle of the night?


It's difficult for any victim of mental and physical abuse to admit it, and especially difficult for a man.  What, because you're a man you're supposed to take abuse, not only from the aggressor, but from the knuckleheaded dishonest police too? Bullshit. Enough is enough.

Prominent local Realtor and owner of Castle Properties & Investments, Castle Properties Management, and national real estate referral network RealtyPRO Network, Daniel Biro was maliciously put through a hell nobody should ever have to go through. An assault by his belligerent drunken mess of a girlfriend of nearly 2 years, after he told her he was done with her pathological lying and multiple secret lives (and even an affair with married Brevard County Commissioner Jim Barfield) and wanted to break up.  His agreed upon plans for her to move into his home with her son in a few months was over.

She snapped and assaulted him (fractured nose, hits to face, etc.), just like she had done before and admitted to under oath. She had also previously been arrested for domestic violence to her ex-husband, and according to him it wasn't the first time.  But this time she knew exactly how to work it to not get arrested.  She massively lied and threw Dan under the bus, so that he was wrongfully arrested and railroaded with massive fabricated trumped up charges. These fabricated charges were also used for these Satellite Beach Brady cops to try and substantiate their ignorant negligence, illegal break in and use of unjustified force, and actual violation of his 1st Amendment rights. The Satellite Beach police morons arrested the actual victim, Daniel.  His ex-girlfriend was also friends with some of the first responders involved, and friends with the Indian Harbour Beach Police Chief, which helped her get away with the crime.

One of her other boyfriends (her multiple lives) then maliciously tipped off the TV news about the false arrest to try and destroy Daniel's career. Satellite Beach Information Officer Berrios then lied to the TV news as another layer to help cover up what they really did, and their illegal negligent actions and falsified charges. What they said wasn't even close to the truth; the local neighbors saw and heard everything these ignorant Brady Cops did.

Dan Biro has called for the Satellite Beach Police Chief Jeff Pearson (also the FDLE) to provide the citizens of Satellite Beach a full internal investigation of the negligent officers involved who put innocent lives in danger (even other officers), and then massively lied to obstruct justice, even destroying evidence. It is Satellite Beach Chief Jeff Pearson's responsibility and sworn duty to protect the community, and to hold his officers 100% accountable for their negligent illegal actions. He has done nothing but further obstruct justice too.

Hopefully this cover up and obstruction of justice was only by just these 2 negligent officers, and his entire force wasn't involved. Although it also appears that the SBPD Information Officer Berrios also participated, when he lied about the entire fabricated incident to the WESH TV news reporter. The last Dan spoke with Chief Pearson, Pearson hung up the phone on him, because he has refused to hold any of these massive perjurers and dangerous Satellite Beach Brady Cops accountable.


Additional Information:


Veronica Syring-McBride was arrested for domestic violence / battery in 2009 to her husband (ex) when she attacked him when he confronted her about cheating on him, similar to her assault on Daniel (click to view report), but this time she knew exactly what to say and do to save her own skin and not be arrested again.


She also knew some of the police officers and is friends with the Indian Harbour Beach police chief (whom she shared with Daniel that he would give her a "get out of jail free card"), because of her activity with the local Chamber of Commerce, and consistently attending the local police Valor Awards. Dishonorable officers Don Triebell & Eric Anderson of the Satellite Beach Police Department, with their  boredom and thrill-seeking adrenalin rush, bypassed all procedure and any actual investigation because they didn't care what the truth was. They were ignorantly negligent, purposely elevated and exacerbated a non-existent situation to create excitement (created their own "exigent circumstance"), and violated procedure & Daniel Biro's constitutional rights. Then when these morons realized how much they screwed up, they lied and came up with a false story and trumped up false charges to try to substantiate their illegal break in and excessive force, thus arresting the wrong person, the actual victim Daniel.  These false charges, if convicted would have shut Daniel up and imprisoned him for a minimum of 17 years, to completely cover up what they had done. These actions are consistent with what the local legal and law enforcement community has known the Satellite Beach Police Department has been getting away with for years, if not decades.  


These Brady Cops Don Triebell and Eric Anderson massively lied under oath (perjury is a felony) to continue to cover over their negligence and major rights violations, so that hopefully nobody would see or question their negligent incompetence and safety concern to the community - illegal entry, illegal excessive use of force, criminal perjury, malicious prosecution, and obstruction of justice. They've also received help from other members of Brevard County's justice and legal system, to further obstruct justice.


This now raises into question ANY and ALL times these 2 officers (or and/all Satellite Beach Police Officers) have ever arrested anyone, or testified under oath in any court case.  If anyone has ever been arrested or had these 2 officers testify in a court case that they were involved in, it is urged that they contact Dan Biro immediately! It's imperative for the safety of the Satellite Beach community to become aware of the criminal negligence of their Satellite Beach Police Department.


Daniel Biro feels as do many, that the citizens of his Satellite Beach community need to know the truth, because the safety of their children and families are at risk because of the aggressive and thrill-seeking careless actions of these police officers involved. They could have gotten innocent people (including other officers) injured or even killed because of their aggressive illegal negligence. It's Police Chief Jeff Pearson's responsibility and sworn duty to the citizens of Satellite Beach to protect and fully investigate the officers involved and reveal the criminal cover-up in his office, and punish the wrongdoers. Unfortunately, now it's becoming obvious that Jeff Pearson is also involved in covering this up.


Daniel Biro has been calling for a full internal and FDLE investigation.  Any officers who also lie and cover for these cops because of the police brotherhood/family, must also be held criminally accountable for obstructing justice. The citizens of Satellite Beach need to know. Other officers need to ask themselves, do they want to work with such incompetent,  negligent, and dishonorable officers like this that also put their lives at risk, and also get them in trouble too.
