QUESTION: WHY IS EXPOSING THIS CRIMINAL MISCONDUCT AND FELONY COVER-UP UNDER COLOR OF LAW BY SATELLITE BEACH'S CHIEF JEFF PEARSON AND HIS BRADY COPS ET AL CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT? (other than the plethora of evidence and testimony that shows these people in trusted positions conspired and committed felony obstructions to frame an actually innocent man to conceal criminal misconduct and unwarranted use of violence for their friends, and they were very coordinated and experienced at it)? ANSWER: Satellite Beach Florida Chief Jeff Pearson and his negligent officers received political protection by the 18th Judicial Circuit SAO and judges from their actual crimes, because he was appointed to Governor Ron DeSantis' Criminal Justice Standards & Training Committee. This also enables Chief Jeff Pearson to create additional (fabrication and cover-up) practices to conceal LEO negligence and criminal misconduct under color of law for all LEOs and SAOs in the state of Florida, just as he and other trusted officials accomplished in this case in Brevard County, FL. Hundreds of thousands of Florida citizens and their families are affected.

Satellite Beach Police Felony Criminal Misconduct & Cover-up By Chief Jeff Pearson, at least 3 SBPD officers, 18th Circuit asa susan Garrett & 4+ judges

It was very clear that Sheriff Wayne Ivey also helped his friend and political ally Chief Jeff Pearson by using his office for official misconduct, and using his previous position with FDLE and contacts to block all of Mr. Biro's multiple attempts to initiate an FDLE investigation on the Satellite Beach officers' "FDLE Principles Violations" which he very specifically and clearly outlined in emails to FDLE complaint intake. Chief Jeff Pearson also blocked Mr. Biro's attempts to initiate investigations on his officers involved in the criminal misconduct, and also hung up the phone on him. To FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) - Brady Cop Don Triebell and Brady Cop Eric Anderson purposefully violated Principles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 of FDLE's Law Enforcement Ethical Standards of Conduct. Below are some of the high level FACTS of the massive perjury by Don Triebell and Eric Anderson, illegal cover-up of material exculpatory evidence by the Satellite Police Department, and malicious prosecution by Brevard County's 18th Judicial Circuit, to keep the truth from coming to light:

I Daniel Biro swear under oath and will swear under oath in the highest Court, DOJ, Supreme Court(s), on the bible, on my father's grave, lie detector, etc. etc, as to the truths below...how big of a mountain do I need to get on for the truth to come to light in this corrupt Brevard County, and real and true justice to be served on the dishonorable Police officers Don Triebell and Eric Anderson.

This has been a Type I error, maliciously going after the actual victim Daniel Biro, and protecting the assailant Veronica Syring (McBride), because she was County Commissioner douchebag Jim Barfield's extramarital sexual affair. Barfield has been helping her, and calling in (i.e. bribing) favors from high level political allies in Brevard's "justice" system to keep this from going to the public. (Barfield helped get Sheriff Ivey elected; they're in each other's pockets. Sheriff Ivey is close political friends with SBPD Chief Pearson and State attorney Phil Archer.)

Satellite Beach Brady Cops Don Triebell and Eric Anderson (Officer Owens also involved) illegally invaded my home based on ignorant misinformation and a need for excitement during a boring uneventful night in sleepy Satellite Beach. There was no fight going on. They purposely created their own excitement and "exigent circumstance" (cops benefit monetarily from as many arrest charges as possible, Don Triebell recently was "Officer of the year" based on the number of DUI arrests he made, and also promoted the following year) out of nothing by extremely loud banging on windows on the back of my home at 1:45 am, even opening the back bathroom window and taking the screen off like a thief would, ignorantly putting innocent lives in danger, including other officers. What would you think, do, or say, if the back of your home was suddenly and loudly invaded at 1:45 am, without any warning? They then massively lied on their police report narrative (story) and falsified charges to justify their illegal break-in. To further cover up their ignorant negligence and secure their massive lies, they also falsely reported the incident to the TV news. Everything that they reported to the news was a despicable lie to cover up their complete incompetence and negligence, with ridiculous falsified charges to try and quiet and put an innocent man in jail for a mandatory minimum of 17 years. (However, many of the neighbors saw and heard the truth.). Many FDLE Principle violations. How often has the Satellite Beach Police Department been guilty of such negligent criminal behavior (and cover up), and to innocent people??

Brady Cop Don Triebell and Eric Anderson willfully violated Principles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 of FDLE's Law Enforcement Ethical Standards of Conduct. Other members of the SBPD violated at least some of the Principles as well be because Daniel Biro notified them in various times and initially in 2013 of what these 2 officers did but SBPD willfully acted to conceal these events and actions instead. It is believed SBPD then had the full support of the Brevard County's Sheriff's Department to do the same (Sheriff Ivey is best friends and political allies with SBPD Chief Pearson and County Commissioner Jim Barfield, whom Veronica had an affair with. Barfield contributed to Ivey's election), to maliciously and illegally prosecute Daniel Biro for crimes that were actually committed on him, by Veronica Syring and the 2 Brady cops, to keep the truth from coming to light to the community. Barfield also did not want the truth of his affair to come out, which would have cost him the elections and most likely millions of dollars. Jim Barfield is also an elder at Horizon Point Church in Rockledge Florida.

Don Triebell was also just recently shown in the last several months, to be a dishonest dishonorable Brady Cop when he was caught lying under oath in case 05-2016-CT-014102-AXXX-XX by Brevard County Public Defender Ryan McCarville and his co-defender. SBPD maliciously arrested the wrong person, the actual victim Daniel Biro, and gave the assailant Veronica Syring-McBride, a "get out of jail free card" for her crime, because she knew many local officers, and also many of the first responders (they lived in her immediate neighborhood too). However, they only directly knew of her dating Scott Syring for 2-3 years, who also lived down their street. But they didn't realize she was literally a pathological lying sociopath with multiple lives and very effectively manipulating multiple boyfriends without the other knowing. She also lied on a falsified injunction saying her and Dan just started dating, which was most likely her lie to Scott Syring, who immediately again started sponsoring her. More SBPD willful FDLE Principle violations.

Veronica Syring/McBride was also "dating" local prominent attorney David Volk, and having an affair with Jim Barfield who became Brevard County Commissioner in 2014, manipulating all at the same time. There is a plethora of material and exculpatory evidence showing the truth of just how much of a pathological liar and sociopath Ms. Syring is (and that she massively perjured herself on the stand/under sworn oath) that must come to light.

This Court/system, whether known or not to all individuals, has been protecting the criminal assailant Veronica Syring-McBride, and helped maliciously prosecute and destroy the actual victim Daniel Biro's good name, soul, friendships, life, business, etc. - a major Type I error.

No true or full investigation was actually done by arresting officer Don Triebell or any other officer, as they lied about under oath. Daniel Biro was NEVER even questioned - EVER, not once, because they never had any intent to even find the truth or arrest the true assailant. Their malicious intent was to conceal the truth about what they had done, and also help a friend (and friends of fire-rescue and the Indian Harbour Police Chief, both Veronica and Scott Syring) get away with a crime. Again, several FDLE Principles were willfully violated.

Brady Cops Anderson and Don Triebell also purposely withheld medical attention from Daniel Biro (and also testylied about it under oath), which included a fractured nose and concussion, multiple bruises to both sides of his face, a skinned knee, and multiple taser injuries from the dishonest dishonorable officers when they illegally stormed his home. (They were bored dangerous idiots with guns who acted like they were on a SWAT team; Anderson was actually on a "wannabe" type junior SWAT team before - see his answers in his recorded deposition.) They willfully and maliciously withheld medical attention so that no official reference to the severe injuries inflicted on Daniel Biro by Veronica Syring-McBride would appear on any of their reports (material and exculpatory evidence willfully withheld again), which also let them free the actual assailant and their friend Veronica Syring without arrest, and continue with their falsified narrative and malicious false charges to him. (FDLE Principles willfully violated yet again.)

The Sharpes nurses report on Daniel Biro was able to document the material and exculpatory evidence that the Brady Cops Don Triebell and Eric Anderson willfully and maliciously left out of their falsified report. This also very clearly contradicted what Brady Cop Eric Anderson lied about on his deposition, and Don Triebell lied about on Ms. McBride's falsified injunction, showing yet again that they massively perjured himself. Daniel Biro's CAT scan and medical doctor's report is also able to document the material and exculpatory evidence that the Brady Cops Don Triebell and Eric Anderson willfully and maliciously left out of their falsified report. This also very clearly contradicted what Brady Cop Eric Anderson lied about on his deposition, and Don Triebell lied about on Ms. McBride's falsified injunction, showing yet again that they perjured himself. Ignorant Brady Cops Triebell and Anderson testimonies are completely opposite because they massively lied under oath to willfully and maliciously confuse the Court and play the Honorable Judges and the State prosecutors for fools. More willful FDLE/DOJ violations.

Triebell and Anderson's entire report and trumped up charges were based off ONLY the questioning of the actual assailant who had also been arrested before for domestic violence to her ex-husband, and this time knew exactly how to play it to get off scott free.

SBPD's only "witness testimony", that they based everything on, was from the actual assailant, a "wasted" drunk, stoned on pot, and drugged up woman (which she admitted to on her injunction and deposition under sworn oath), who actually committed the assault. The officers maliciously left out material and exculpatory evidence in their lackluster half-assed "investigation" and are a clear and present danger and harm to the community. She never told them the things they created the false charges based on. Veronica originally told mutual friends of her and Daniel Biro, that these Brady cops were forcing her in her inebriated state (clearly stated on the report) to answer purposely leading questions such as "Why did he do [this] or why did he do [that] to you?" in order to fabricate the charges they were falsifying, to cover up their extreme illegal negligence of what they did and what actually occurred.

The only testimony Veronica Syring signed her name to on the report was "We were both upset, he's really a nice guy, this is all a mistake." Yet they falsified 3 felonies and 2 misdemeanors including kidnapping against the innocent man Daniel Biro who had just been attacked from Veronica Syring getting home from date night, and then his home illegally invaded/broken into by the 2 ignorant and negligent Brady cops Don Triebell and Eric Anderson (and also Officer Owens). To further expand their cover up lies, they then reported the falsifications to the TV news. Willful FDLE Principle violations.

FDLE and FBI/DOJ full investigation NECESSARY to protect this community from these negligent ignorant harmful lying officers with guns! No more help and cover-up by Sheriff Ivey and Phil Archer, Chief Pearson's political allies/buddies. Daniel Biro witnessed first hand in the SBPD that early morning, and will testify in any Court, on any lie detector test, that this was and is clearly the way SBPD officers have been taught to behave to produce false arrests for years, decades even. Pretty much the entire Brevard County community has known for decades that SBPD is corrupt, that the officers have a reputation for corruption and false stops/arrests, and call the area "The Gauntlet" because of it. These officers are known in the community to criminally lie on police reports to produce more falsified arrests, to dishonestly manipulate and elevate the crime/arrest rates for the area to produce more money/funding (federal and county) for their department and officers' salaries.

The community needs to know and be protected from these harmful deceitful dishonest and dishonorable officers and also the SBPD's malicious procedures. No more corruption, cover-up, and obstruction of justice and help from BCSO! FDLE/FBI/DOJ full investigation of these officers, other officers who helped them cover this up, and the procedures of the SBPD. They have been putting the community in harms way by their illegal dishonorable procedures and actions for much too long.

Don Triebell and Eric Anderson got Scott Syring's phone number directly from Veronica McBride's operational phone to pick her up from Daniel's home ("which worked perfectly" as Veronica stated in her Deposition/Injunction - so no more lies that Daniel took or in some way deactivated her phone from working - another false charge). Because Scott was present, this meant Veronica couldn't tell them the truth or about her and Daniel Biro's true serious relationship of nearly 2 years in front of him, or her massive lying would have been found out by Scott Syring (one of her other boyfriend's at the time) and she would have lost her financing/financial support (they're now married).

Veronica obviously felt she had to massively lie, which is also evident in her perjured false injunction she requested the very next day (we believe at the request of Scott Syring and/or Jim Barfield, and officer Don Triebell because it was Triebell's falsified report). I request the Court obtain Triebell's, Anderson's, and Veronica's phone records. Assailant Veronica McBride continued to try to contact Daniel for the next 2 weeks through email, texts, Facebook, and phone calls. One of Veronica's messages stated "I'm very scared and don't know what to do". This exculpatory evidence was also submitted to the Court during her injunction hearing, which this Court needs to review and take into account. She was afraid of being found out for what SHE had actually done to Daniel Biro. Daniel Biro refused to contact her back because of what she had just done to him, and her extreme dishonesty for over a year; he wanted no more part of her. He rejected her, and she vindictively retaliated by additional massive lying to the Court and State. There is a plethora of withheld material and exculpatory evidence of this. It's now time the truth comes to light, and all those who helped maliciously obstruct justice be held accountable.

Veronica Syring was good friends with many local police officers including the Indian Harbour Beach Police Chief (she always told Daniel Biro that the IHB police chief would give her a "get out of jail free card" if she was ever in trouble with a DUI or anything), and she and Scott Syring were also friends with the fire rescue first responders who literally lived down their street and they had recently partied with at a Halloween costume party October 2012. IHB police also showed up at Daniel Biro's home because they too were bored. (2 police departments showed up for a simple verbal argument call by the neighbor!?) They all covered for a criminal assailant Veronica McBride/Syring, not knowing the truth of what SHE had actually done, which maliciously helped send an innocent man Daniel Biro to jail and destroy his good name and life.

Additional withheld material and exculpatory evidence Veronica Syring-McBride perjured herself under oath about: She lied under oath when directly questioned on her injunction and deposition, and said she did not have any medical condition or prescription (she was actually on the steroid prednisone). She had a very serious auto-immune condition (Daniel was in the examination room holding her hand when her doctor read the test results confirming Lupis around Feb or March of 2012 - he can provide the exact date if needed) which caused her to always have bruising and muscle and joint soreness and weakness, all the time. She also has a serious heart condition (disease) she also took aspirin for, possibly caused by the serious autoimmune disease. Both drugs cause her to have easy bruising all the time. This is also more withheld material and exculpatory evidence that Daniel Biro did NOT strangle Veronica McBride, ever.

One of the witnesses officially named in this case is a Doctor (nicknamed Chip) who was also with Daniel and Veronica that same night. He knew about Veronica's health conditions stated above, and that very night had a discussion with her questioning if it was a good idea for her and Daniel to have a baby together. (She and Daniel had plans for her and her son to move in with Daniel around March 2013 and get married and have a family - more material and exculpatory evidence she lied under sworn oath on her falsified injunction and deposition). She told Chip "oh yes we are in love, and it shouldn't be a problem".

Veronica McBride/Syring maliciously/falsely submitted photos to the State prosecution of pre-existing bruises she had on her body, and typically always has at any given time. Based on all the lying she had already done under oath, Daniel Biro even told his first attorney Ken Weaver that she would probably try and do this, and sure enough she did during her Injunction.

Veronica Syring (McBride) MASSIVELY lied under oath multiple times to avoid prosecution for what she had actually done, her attack to Daniel Biro. She also created a falsified injunction - massive perjury throughout and malicious confusion to the Court. None of her testimony on both her injunction or deposition matches up, because she massively and maliciously lied. She even changed her story several times midway through her sworn deposition, and even said "well that could have happened" after her last version!

When asked on her deposition what did you do when the cops came in she said: "I started to hide". Why would a supposed "victim" hide?? She also had ample opportunity to get out of Daniel Biro's very open floor plan if she wanted to, with 4 exit doors easily accessible, but she did not and instead chose to hide her marijuana paraphernalia. She was nowhere near Daniel (as Triebell lied about under oath) when they kicked open his door, and they knew it because they saw where she was. Veronica McBride perjured herself and was the criminal assailant. FDLE Principle violations - excessive use of force, behavior unbecoming an officer, etc. etc.

Veronica Syring has been a daily pot smoker for a very long time, never a cigarette smoker. (Partly because of all the constant muscle and joint pain she always has because of her serious medical conditions stated above - Lupis.) She was still so drunk when Scott Syring took her to the hospital that as shown on the medical report, when asked "Are you a daily smoker?" she was so drunk she thought the person was speaking about marijuana and answered "yes". She lied again - all her reports of "injury" and soreness are what she has always experienced and reported to her doctor for years. (This is additional exculpatory evidence - these symptoms have always been a part of her medical record - she lied.)

You will find that Veronica Syring and Don Triebell improperly communicated via cell phone to try and get their stories together before the Injunction hearing. However, their stories do not collaborate because they both maliciously and massively were lying to the Court. Malicious perjury to confuse the Court. Willful FDLE Principle violations.

Veronica Syring was having a sexual extra-marital affair with Brevard County Commissioner Jim Barfield, who has also been obstructing justice by helping her stay out of trouble in this case as the actual assailant, and continue with the massive lying. See the Motions for more info regarding Barfield, Judge Charles Roberts, and Attorneys Funk/Diamond helping their political allies conceal the truth, and continue with the malicious prosecution of Daniel Biro.

It's believed Jim Barfield bribed defendant's attorneys Funk/Diamond (political and/or retainer - and their meeting with him was discussed) and Judge Roberts to keep the truth of his affair from coming to light to the public. He would have lost his election, his "good" name, been disgraced, and also lost millions of dollars. Barfield is also known to call in favors from his close political allies, which include Sheriff Wayne Ivey (whom he contributes too monetarily) and Phil Archer.

Daniel Biro's attorney Alan Diamond is the lead counsel of the FL Fraternal Order of Police, an organization dedicated to defending police misconduct. This is a direct conflict of interest in representing Daniel Biro, due to the gross misconduct by the SBPD officers named above, which Daniel informed Diamond/Funk/Szachez about from their very first phone conversation and meeting. Alan Diamond is also known to most all local Brevard County attorneys to be the next <illegally> placed State Attorney for Brevard County, regardless of any election results. HE IS GOING TO BE ILLEGALLY PLACED INTO THAT POSITION REGARDLESS OF AN ELECTION, just as other politicians in Brevard County are placed in positions for later endorsing higher up political candidates (such as Sheriff Ivey). Diamond's ethical allegiance, as a FL attorney with the FL BAR, was NEVER to Daniel Biro, but is clearly to this Judicial System and his political allies named above who are endorsing him and <illegally?> placing him into that office (i.e. Sheriff Wayne Ivey, just recently publicly unofficially "endorsed" him too, August 2016).

Was assistant state attorney Susan Garrett also asked by Jim Barfield's and Sheriff Ivey's friend/political contributor Phil Archer to maliciously suppress material and exculpatory evidence to make sure the truth did not come to light, by maliciously prosecuting an innocent man? We believe so. Why would an experienced prosecutor for 30 years so easily believe such a grand liar Veronica McBride (with such massive inconsistencies in her "sworn" testimony), and just push for a conviction/plea?

More material and exculpatory evidence was entered into the Court during Veronica McBride's falsified injunction hearing. She admitted under oath to "sucker punching" Daniel Biro a previous time (October 24, 2012 - unprovoked and unforeseen yet again) when she snapped when drunk again, while he was driving a car with 2 hands on the steering wheel. She thought he was breaking up with her, just like her unprovoked attack on him this time. Veronica McBride exhibits textbook sociopath erratic behavior, and there is plenty of exculpatory evidence for this.

See the attached Motion and Amendment I for more facts, including collusion and an improper non-impartial relationship between Judge Roberts and attorney Alan Diamond to take away defendant's 6th Amendment right (is this common practice of the 18th Judicial Circus and information the JQC and FL BAR should learn??) and keep this from trial, Daniel clearing his good name, and the truth from coming to light to the community.

This Court has been protecting the actual criminal Veronica McBride/Syring and maliciously prosecuting the victim Daniel Biro to keep the truth of SBPDs negligence from coming to light (and protecting the ultimate responsibility/accountability of SBPD Chief Pearson with his wife's help, Mrs. Pearson who works directly in the prosecutor's office with prosecutor Susan Garrett). It's supposed to be the Court's burden of proof to get and uncover ALL the facts and get the truth. But this Court and its high level very political officials have colluded to illegally withhold material and exculpatory evidence to force a conviction/plea, to cover up the negligence, and malicious criminal cover-up by SBPD, and the State Prosecutor's massive Type I error. Is this just the continual par for the course of the 18th Judicial Circus and it's connected politicians?

ABSOLUTE TRUTH - Material and exculpatory evidence has been purposely suppressed which would show Veronica Syring and Brady Cops Eric Anderson and Don Triebell massive criminal perjurers covering up their wrongdoing and neglicence, and also show the wrongful malicious cover-up by the SBPD and Chief Pearson's political allies/supporters (and Pearson's wife is conveniently employed in the state prosecutors office). 90% of everything Veronica Syring (an actual textbook definition of a sociopath - plenty of exculpatory evidence available) has said during her official recorded testimonies is a verifiable lie - absolute massive criminal perjury. To protect the community, the FDLE and DOJ absolutely needs to investigate, uncover, and prosecute these criminals. Or, are they also tied in closely with Sheriff Ivey (former FDLE Agent in Charge in Brevard) to help cover this up for his political ally good ole boys?

Any continued effort by anyone to quash these truths or any part of this malicious prosecution Case from the public/community is both maliciously and criminally obstructing justice and violating Florida's Sunshine Law(s), and will not be tolerated. That person or persons will be held publicly and criminally accountable. Nobody is above the law in this justice system even though they may think and act like they are (those named above and most likely others too). So of course it's the Court's decision how big they want this travesty of justice to get, and if it wants to be implicated and indited as well. This is just the first plateau, or shot across the bow to resolve this travesty internally. Honorable attorneys, judges, and prosecutors should want to flush out the corrupt criminals in Brevard's justice system immediately, hold them accountable to the public and law together, and NOT be afraid to take action because of political ties. That's part of their job and sworn public oath.

Any and all interactions by any so ordered <corrupted> police officers or sheriff's deputies sent to try harass and retaliate or discredit me for exposing their illegal wrongdoing and obstruction of justice, or to try and falsify any kind of probation violation, or stop me from exposing more of their obstruction of justice will absolutely be recorded and used against them in Courts of Law, and court of national public opinion too of course.
